Physical Requirements:

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with some nights and weekends possibly required.

Job Summary:

The College Staff Officer will provide high-level professional support to the Dean’s Office and College Leadership in the College of Communication and Information. Responsibilities include travel support, scheduling, compliance, event management, data analytics, and serving as a liaison with external partners.

The position also involves managing the daily operation of the Dean’s Office and supervising student workers. The College Staff Officer will work to engage donors and volunteers and represent the College at UK Alumni Association events.

About the College: The College of Communication and Information includes two schools, two departments, and interdisciplinary programs, with a diverse faculty and student body.
